- Contact form messages are emailed to us and are not stored in any database on this site.

The contact form
When you submit the contact form, the information you enter (name, email, phone, company, existing website, service, budget, timeline, and your message) is sent to us as an email at office@wdt.design. We use it solely to respond to your inquiry. It is not stored in a database on this website, not shared with third parties, and not used for marketing. If you would like a message you sent us to be deleted from our mailbox, contact us at the address above.
Ambient visuals — approximate location and weather
The atmosphere of this website (its colors and the scenery in the opening section) adapts to the local time of day and the current weather. To do this, your browser requests your approximate, city-level location from an IP-based geolocation service, and current weather conditions from the Open-Meteo weather service. Coordinates are rounded to roughly 11 km before use.
- This is used only to adapt the ambient visual presentation — nothing else.
- No personal weather profile is created, and nothing is linked to you.
- Your IP address is not stored by this website.
- The result is kept for up to 30 minutes in your browser's session storage (not a cookie; it is deleted when you close the tab) so we do not make unnecessary requests.
- The browser's precise geolocation is never requested — you will never see a location permission prompt.
- If these services are unreachable, the site simply uses your device's clock and neutral visuals.
Hosting logs
Like virtually every website, our hosting provider may keep standard technical server logs (such as IP address and requested pages) for security and operational purposes. These are managed by the hosting provider and are not used by us for profiling.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you (which, for this website, is limited to what you send us through the contact form), and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
